Unique Exhibition & Conference Venue
In 2012, Alshair led the consortium which acquired the Bella Center in Copenhagen, providing a DKK 150 million cash injection to help fund its necessary expansion. At 121,000 sqm, the Bella Center is one of Scandinavia's largest exhibition and conference venues. The center includes several on-site hotels; the 814-room Bella Sky Hotel and the 5 * Marriot Copenhagen, as well as a separate auditorium, banquet hall, 48 flexible meeting rooms and shopping mall. An additional 14,000 sqm of conference space is scheduled to open in 2021.
